Step 1: Download the GuardHouse App
1. Scan the QR Code Below:
Use your smartphone to access the GuardHouse app.
2. Install the App:
Tap the link and download the app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).
3. Create an Account:
Open the app, enter your email, and create a password to set up your account.
Step 2: Connect Your Camera to Wi-Fi
Option 1: Wi-Fi Connection (Recommended)
1. Turn on the Camera:
•  Press and hold the ON/OFF button for 2 seconds until the light turns on.
2. Enter Setup Mode:
•  Press and hold the MODE button for 6 seconds until the blue light blinks.
3. Open the GuardHouse App:
•  Log in with your account details and tap Add Device or the "+" icon.
4. Connect to Wi-Fi:
•  Follow the app prompts to connect to a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network (5 GHz is not supported).
5. Customize Your Camera:
•  Once connected, give your camera a name (e.g., "Living Room Camera").
Troubleshooting Tip:
If the connection fails, reset the camera by pressing and holding the MODE button for 6 seconds, then try again.
Option 2: Hotspot Mode (For No Wi-Fi)
  1. Open your phone’s Wi-Fi settings and connect to the camera’s hotspot (e.g., LLM_12345678).

  2. Enter the default password: 12345678.

  3. Open the GuardHouse app and start viewing the live feed.

  4. If prompted to switch networks, tap Cancel and continue with the hotspot connection.
Important:
In hotspot mode, the camera cannot access the internet, and features like motion alerts or cloud storage won’t work. For full functionality, connect to Wi-Fi.
Step 3: Placement and Usage Tips
1. Placement for Optimal Performance:
•  Place the camera within 5 meters of your router for the strongest connection.
•  Avoid thick walls or metal objects that can interfere with Wi-Fi signals.
2. Indoor Placement:
•  Position the camera at eye level for a clear view.
•  Keep it away from heat sources like radiators or stoves
3. Outdoor Placement:
•  Place the camera in a sheltered area to protect it from rain or direct sunlight.
•  Use a weatherproof mount if necessary.
4. Power and Charging:
•  Fully charge the camera before first use.
•  Recharge the battery as needed.
Advanced Features
Motion Detection Alerts:
  • Turn on motion detection in the GuardHouse app and adjust sensitivity levels.
  • Receive notifications whenever movement is detected.
Storage Options:
  • SD/TF Card: Insert a compatible SD/TF card for local storage.
  • Cloud Storage: Subscribe via the GuardHouse app for secure backups.
Night Vision:
  • Infrared night vision automatically activates in low-light conditions for clear footage, even in complete darkness.
