Step 1: Download the V720 App
Scan the QR Code Below:
Use your smartphone to download the GuardHouse App.
Available on the App Store (iOS) and Google Play (Android).
Install and Open the App:
Once installed, launch the app to begin setup.
Step 2: Connect Your Camera
Before You Begin
Before setting up, ensure these permissions are turned ON on your phone:
  • Location
  • Bluetooth
  • Nearby Devices
These permissions allow the app to detect and connect to your camera properly.
Option 1: Connect Your Camera to Wi-Fi
Turn on the Camera:
• Connect the camera to power.
• Press and hold the ON/OFF button until the blue light turns on.
Enter Setup Mode:
• Press and hold the MODE button until the blue light begins flashing.
Add the Camera in the GuardHouse App:
• Wait for the app to display a “New Device Found” pop-up, then tap Add Device.
• If no pop-up appears, tap the “+” icon in the top-right corner and select Add Device.
Connect to Wi-Fi:
• Select your home Wi-Fi network (2.4GHz only; 5GHz not supported).
• Enter your password and wait for the connection to complete.
Troubleshooting Tip:
If the connection fails, press and hold the MODE button until the blue light flashes to reset the camera, then try again.
Option 2: AP or Hotspot Mode (For No Wi-Fi)
1. Turn on the Camera:
• Connect the camera to power.
• Press and hold the ON/OFF button until the blue indicator light turns on.
2. Enter Setup Mode:
Press and hold the MODE button until the blue light starts flashing.
3. Connect to the Camera Hotspot:
Open your phone’s Wi-Fi settings and connect to a hotspot starting with “NAX_”.
4. Open the GuardHouse App:
Once connected, open the app and wait for the camera to appear automatically. You can now view the live feed directly in the app.
In AP Mode, the camera operates locally. Features like motion alerts, cloud storage, and remote viewing will not function until you connect to a Wi-Fi network.
Step 3: Install a microSD Card (Optional)
1. Make sure the camera is powered off.
2. Locate the microSD card slot on the side of the camera.
3. Insert the microSD card in the correct direction.
Supports FAT32 format.
Recommended speed: U1/Class 10 or higher.
4. Power on the camera. The camera will automatically start saving recordings to the card.
Always power off before installing or removing the card to avoid data damage.
Placement and Usage Tips
1. Placement for Optimal Performance:
• Place the camera where the Wi-Fi signal is stable.
• Avoid thick walls, metal objects, or other sources of signal interference.
2. Indoor Placement:
• Position the camera at eye level for clear coverage.
• Keep it away from heat sources like radiators or stoves.
3. Outdoor Placement:
• Mount in a sheltered area to protect it from rain or direct sunlight.
• Use a weatherproof mount if necessary.
4. Power and Charging:
• Fully charge the camera before first use.
• Recharge as needed for continuous operation.
Advanced Features
Motion Detection Alerts:
Turn on motion detection in the GuardHouse App and receive notifications whenever movement is detected.
Storage Options:
  • microSD Card: Insert a compatible microSD card for local storage.
  • Cloud Storage: Subscribe via the GuardHouse App for secure backups.
Night Vision:
• Turn on infrared night vision for clear footage in low-light conditions or even in complete darkness.
